Early Life:

Preneeti Chopra was born on 22 October 1988 in Ambala, Haryana to a Punjabi family. Her father, Pawan Chopra, is a trader and supplier in the Indian Army’s Ambala cantonment and her mother Reena is Chopra. He has two brothers: Shivang and Sahaj; Actresses Priyanka Chopra, Meera Chopra, Mannara Chopra are his cousins. Chopra studied at the Convent of Jesus and Mary, Ambala. In an interview published in The Hindu, she said: She was a very good student and always wanted to be an investment banker.

Professional Life:

Chopra began her career in 2011 with the romantic comedy “Ladies vs. Ricky Behl”, for which she won the Filmfare Best New Actress Award and a Best Supporting Actress nomination. She won acclaim for her lead roles at the box office – Ishq Zaade (2012), Pure Country Romance (2013) and Husi To Fasi (2014). After a three-year leave of absence from acting, he starred in the blockbuster comedy Golmaal Again (2017), one of the biggest Indian films.
